P90X Legs and Back

I did P90X legs and back on 10-23-09 in the morning.  My legs are sore today.  I averaged 10 pullups per set and used 20-25lb dumbells for all the leg work.  The workout is one of my favorites and I felt great afterwards.

I just started another round of P90X.  This is my 3rd time thru, but I have done P90X+ and Tony Horton’s One on One’s.

My Goal this round is to get under 200lbs and get more RIPPED!

This is the middle of my second week and this AM I ran 4 miles and am going to do Yoga this evening.
